The Delta Fredericton is located next to the St. John's River and moments away from The Green and Waterloo Row, five kilometres of riverfront pathway along the St. John River, winding its way by the stately Victorian homes, a statue of Robbie Burns and the Dunn Fountain. Shopping, entertainment, and business centers are minutes away from this centrally located property.

Directions

• From Fredericton Airport: Turn left onto Lincoln Road (Highway 102 North). Continue north on Hwy 102 until it becomes Waterloo Row and then Queen Street in downtown. At Queen Street/Regent Street, turn right onto Riverside Drive. Then, turn right onto Woodstock Road (Hwy 102 North) at the first set of lights. Continue for 1 km. The hotel is on the right.
  
• From Edmundston: From TransCanada Hwy 2 East, take exit 280 to Route 8. Get off highway 8 at exit 3 (Hanwell Road). Turn right onto Hanwell and continue through the lights to the river. At the T-juction, turn right onto Woodstock Road. The hotel will be on the left.
  
• From Moncton or Saint John: From TransCanada Hwy 2 West, take Exit 294 onto Route 7 North. When the highway ends, the name changes to Prospect Street. Continue on Prospect Street and turn right onto Smythe Street to downtown Fredericton. In downtown, turn left onto Woodstock Road and continue 1 km. The hotel is on the right.
