• Select 1 - These rooms offer one double bed or one king bed, featuring cable colour TV, alarm clock radio, telephone and private bath.

• Select 2 - Featuring two double beds, cable colour TV, alarm clock radio, telephone and private bath.

• Executive 1 - Newly renovated in Spring 2005, these rooms have one king sized bed. Enjoy the 27 inch colour TV, with the option to request a VCR or DVD player. Complete with iron and ironing board, hair dryer and coffee maker and large workstation in addition to cable TV, alarm clock radio, telephone and private bath. ALL EXECUTIVE ROOMS ARE SMOKE-FREE.

• Executive 2 - Newly renovated in Spring 2005, these rooms feature two double beds, a 27 inch colour TV, with the option to request a VCR or DVD player. Complete with iron and ironing board, hair dryer and coffee maker and large workstation in addition to cable TV, alarm clock radio, telephone and private bath. ALL EXECUTIVE ROOMS ARE SMOKE-FREE.

• Executive Deluxe - Simply our best rooms. Newly renovated Spring 2005, a large room with two double beds (one room has a King bed), small sitting area and balcony, 27 inch colour TV, VCR and the option to request a DVD player. Amenities include cable TV, alarm clock radio, telephone and private bath plus iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker and a large workstation. ALL EXECUTIVE DELUXE ROOMS ARE SMOKE-FREE.

• Two Bedroom Suite - SMOKE-FREE suite. Ideal for families or couples travelling together, each bedroom has a Queen bed. The smoke-free suite features a full sized bathroom; small eat-in kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fridge; and full living room with sofa and chairs, a large desk, 27 inch colour TV and VCR. The suite also has iron, ironing board and a hair dryer.

Location

Maritime Inn Port Hawkesbury is conveniently located in the center of the town on Reeves Street. The Creamery Craft fair, located on the waterfront, is always busy with craft fairs, local musicians and entertainment. Our Granville Green concert series, each Sunday evening during July and August, features some of Canada's best touring artists.

Directions

• From Sydney: Sydney Airport is about an hour and forty minutes drive away, with daily connector flights to national and International destinations. The Airport also has limousine service, car rentals and taxi service. Take Hwy. 4 south to Port Hawkesbury.
  

• From Halifax: Halifax International Airport is a three and a half hour drive from our Inn. Take Hwy. 102 through Truro, then east along the Trans-Canada Highway 104 through New Glasgow, Antigonish and across the Canso Causeway.
  

• From the Canso Causeway: At the rotary take Highway 4 through Port Hastings and into Port Hawkesbury.
