Location

The Delta Halifax hotel is unique because it is one of few hotels linked to the major conference center, shopping and restaurants via the indoor linking walkway system. It is surrounded by entertainment venues, upscale boutique shopping, tantalizing restaurants, and with the waterfront boardwalk only moments away what better place could there be to stay while in Halifax.

Directions

From the North (Airport/Moncton/Truro/Cape Breton): Travelling south from the Airport or Truro on Highway 102, exit onto Highway 118 (Dartmouth/Halifax via Bridge). In Dartmouth, exit right onto Highway 111, marked Halifax Mackay Bridge. There will be a $0.75 Bridge Toll. After crossing the harbour , stay in the left lane while coming off the bridge into Halifax. Follow signs for Barrington Street/Downtown Halifax. Circle under the bridge onto Barrington Street & continue for about 5 km (three miles). Exit right to stay on Barrington Street as you approach downtown. The hotel entrance is immediately on the right.

From the Annapolis Valley: Travelling east from Yarmouth/Windsor on Highway 101, turn right onto Highway 102 South at Bedford/Sackville interchange. Highway 102 ends in Halifax at exit 0, Bayers Road. On Bayers road, pass the Halifax Shopping Centre on your right & take the next right onto Connaught Avenue. Turn left onto Quinpool Road. At the intersection of Quinpool Road and Robie Street, continue straight onto Cogswell Street. Go down the hill & turn right onto Barrington Street. Then, take an immediate right turn into the Delta Halifax parking lot. There is a large sign on the right at the end of Cogswell Street.

From the South Shore: Travelling east from Yarmouth/Lunenburg on Highway 103, take exit 1A to Halifax via the end of Hwy 102 Southbound/Bayers Road. Then follow directions from the Annapolis Valley.
