Halifax Dinning 6 Months ago
Thinking about trying some new restaurants in Halifax.

Anyone have recommendations they'd like to pass on?

I'd love to find a good Greek restaurant for starters.

Hey Mario,

For Greek, I like Opa downtown on Argyle. I also love Athens on Quinpool. Athens has been a staple of Halifax's restaurant scene for years, and they offer some authentic home cooked Greek dinners that is just like grandmother's - that is if you have a Greek grandmother who spends her time preparing the most succulent food in the world! Give these two a whirl.

And, for great Japanese food in Halifax check out my review of Milamodo in Halifax in the Travel Blog section. I've been to Milamodo several times after writing that blog, and I must say, it is so addictive. To all the friendly waitresses at Milamodo: see you soon, dears!
